Case Assignment

When initial training is completed, the new CASA volunteer meets with Case Management. Together they find a case that would be a good match for both the child and the new CASA and the volunteer receives his/her first case assignment. The new volunteer receives ongoing support and assistance from a Team Leader and the CASA Case Management staff.
